Stress mamagement workshops

Ever wonder why some people seem to be unaffected by stressful situations while others just seem to rise above it? A stress workshop may be what you need to get you back to feeling great.

Workshops usually happen in one of two ways.

The first being a single session where we begin by exploring what stress is and what effects it has on us. We then follow this up with some practical exercises and techniques that will quickly help you feel better. These techniques are usually centred around using Emotional Freedom Technique which is also known as EFT or sometimes tapping. These are designed to be simple enough that you can take them with you and use them wherever and whenever you need. The aim is simply to help you move from a place where you have more energy, more vitality and more joy of life. Oh and it's very good for self confidence too.

The second is a regular class where we can learn in more detail how we work as human beings, why we act and react to people and situations in the way that we do. We can also explore a wider range of techniques and methods which really enable us to learn about ourselves and how to live our lives to the full potential.

Group sessions are usually open to the public however private sessions are also available and can be customized to your requirements and held at a venue of your choice, including in the workplace.
