Just by listening to people talk, we can learn so much about their limiting beliefs. "I'll never be able to play the piano, I'm just not musical". Or, "I'll never be promoted, I'm just not cut out for this kind of work".

Henry Ford famously said, "Whether you think you can, or you think you can't - you're right". What did he mean by that? Success and achievement are in our attitude and we could easily change the word Think for Believe. If you believe that you will never be able to play the piano, then of course you will not. It takes a lot of dedication and why would you bother to work at it if you believe and know that ultimately you will fail? The reverse is also true, if you believe that you can be a great concert pianist you are much more likely to put in the hours of practice and dedication to make it happen. For many of us, we would be happy with something in the middle, believing that you can be a good pianist and that it will make you feel happy to do it means that you will put in the required effort to get there.

The same is true of any endeavour, the people who are successful in any field are the people who put in the effort to rise to the top and are the people who believe they will get there.

Not only is it possible to change your beliefs - it's easy to do. By understanding that our beliefs are formed out of experience, and then using modern energy work to discover the exact moment that the belief came into being, we are most of the way towards changing it we just need to change the way that we feel about the experience and we are then ready to replace it with what ever we wish to be true.
